Reservation conditions

Payment

If the rental takes place more than one month before the arrival date.

  • Deposit of 30% at reservation.
  • Balance, 15 days before the arrival date.

If the rental takes place less than one month before the arrival date.

  • Payment of the total amount of the rental.

Deposit of guarantee

The tenant will pay to Globe Home Immobilier by transfer and 7 days before the date of arrival, a sum intended to guarantee the possible movable and immovable damages caused during his stay. This deposit will not be considered as an advance payment of the rent, and will not bear any interest. In case of damage noted by the agency, the tenant will be notified within a maximum of 8 days. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure, less the cost of any replaced items and any repair costs. If these costs exceed the amount, the tenant agrees to pay the amount.

 

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

Globe Home Immobilier will take in charge the refunding of the rent in case of confinement, limit of displacement or closure of the borders imposed by French or foreign state decision. All other conditions (illnesses related to COVID, closure of lifts and restaurants, curfew…) will not entitle you to a refund.

Conditions of cancellation

Any modification or cancellation of a rental leads to the cancellation of the entire reservation.

Cancellation fees will be calculated on the total amount of the reservation according to the following scale:

  • more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay: no cancellation fee will be retained.
  • between 30 and 16 days before the beginning of the stay: 50% penalty on the total amount of the rental,
  • 15 days or less before the beginning of the stay: penalty of 100% of the total amount of the rental.

Any stay interrupted or shortened by the tenant for a reason not attributable to Globe Home Immobilier, will not be able to give place to any refunding.

In the event of insurance covering interruption or cancellation of the stay after it has begun, the Customer shall comply with the requirements of the applicable insurance policy.
