The tenant will pay to Globe Home Immobilier<\/strong> by transfer and 7 days before the date of arrival, a sum intended to guarantee the possible movable and immovable damages caused during his stay. This deposit will not be considered as an advance payment of the rent, and will not bear any interest. In case of damage noted by the agency, the tenant will be notified within a maximum of 8 days. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure, less the cost of any replaced items and any repair costs.
